- Best Compliance Learning - with NZ Information Privacy Act with Two Black Labs and Vodafone NZ

The Privacy Act eLearning module was commissioned by Vodafone to provide introductory privacy training for all employees. The module presents learners with an overview of their responsibilities when it comes to the privacy of personal information, guides them to processes and policies to manage their responsibilities, and presents opportunities to apply their learning.
- Best Skills Based Learning Project - Working Effectively with Volunteers with The Cancer Society

Volunteers play a critical role in the Cancer Society and the Skillpod modules provide the Cancer Society with a budget-conscious solution to upskill employees. Implemented as compulsory training for new staff, and as professional development, for existing staff, this online solution enabled employees to complete their learning from any device, at a time that suited them — thus removing the need to take employees away from their work for large periods of time.

Toyota NZ — Hospitality at Toyota
A “one-size fits most” approach no longer cuts it in a world where social media means everyone is an influencer. Toyotoa moved away from the traditional customer sales journey to a philosophy of hospitality, where personal relationships are the key. Building on the successful launch of an elearning series in Toyota showrooms, Skillpod developed a module aimed at the head office team, launched on the back of the move to their new office in Palmerston North.

Synlait — Skillpod to the rescue
A perfect storm arose when Synlait had an urgent need for elearning development resource and a growing number of team members coming up for refresher training on their permit to work system. Skillpod came to the rescue, delivering three interactive online modules to get work parties and permit owners up to speed with the permitting process at Synlait.

... and that's a wrap. Wonder what 2023 will bring?
Merry Xmas and Happy Holidays from all the Smarties team.
